By creating an account or using Vector Strike (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us promptly at the contact on our Contact page if you suspect unauthorized access.
You will not use the Service to violate law; harass others; attempt unauthorized access to systems or data; or overload or disrupt the Service. Do not enter classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), or sensitive personal data you are not authorized to process here. You are responsible for compliance with your duty status, orders, and organizational policies.
The Service may include drafting assistance (e.g. EPB- or award-style language), news or reference feeds, calculators, and similar tools. Output is informational and drafting assistance only. You must independently verify accuracy, metrics, classification, and regulatory requirements using official publications and your chain of command.
Certain features may require credits purchased through our payment processor (currently Stripe). Prices and credit amounts are described on Pricing. One credit is consumed per successful Forge generation request (EPB or award) that returns a completed result, unless we state otherwise on the Pricing page.
New verified accounts may receive a one-time trial allocation of credits as shown on Pricing. Credits are not cash and have no monetary value except as applied inside the Service.
Taxes. If applicable, taxes are your responsibility unless we state we are collecting them at checkout.
If credits were not applied to your account due to a processing error attributable to us, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will correct the balance or refund the charge at our discretion. Otherwise purchases are final except where required by law. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Purchased credits are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Trial or promotional credits expire as stated on Pricing (if not stated, they expire 90 days after issuance). Unused credits do not roll past expiration unless we explicitly say otherwise in writing.
We retain rights in the Service, branding, and software. You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your submissions solely to operate the Service for you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE IN ANY TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THAT PERIOD.
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or operational necessity. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limits, indemnity) survive termination.
We may update these Terms by posting a new “Last updated” date. Material changes to paid features may be announced by email or notice in the Service where practicable. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
