For privacy rights requests (e.g. California), include “Privacy request” in the subject line and the email address associated with your account.
What to include
- Billing / credits: account username, approximate purchase date, and Stripe receipt email if available.
- Technical issues: browser, what you clicked, and any error text (unclassified only).
Response time
We aim to respond to support mail within two U.S. business days. Complex requests may take longer.
Security note: Do not send classified information, CUI, or passwords by email. Use in-app password reset for credential issues.
